or
You just heard your favorite performer is coming to town and you just have to get those close upfront seats....

or
Your going out of town on business or vacation and want to surprise or entertain clients with tickets to an out-of-town event, or simply entertain yourself. Whatever you reasons for buying tickets on the secondary market Choice Tickets wants to make your buying experience a pleasure.

Q: What is a "Broker"?
A: A Broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales". A ticket broker does just that. There are people that want to sell their tickets and there are also people that want to buy those same tickets. There are 2 ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee.

Q: How does Choice Tickets provide a service I could not obtain otherwise?
A: The average working individual neither has the time not the energy to spend innumerable hours on the phone or waiting in line attempting to purchase quality event tickets. Furthermore, even if you are fortunate enough to get through to the box office immediately after tickets have gone on sale there is no guarantee you will obtain the quality of seating you are in pursuit of. Season Ticket holders have the best seats , and the ability to get them before the rest of the public does. Your only avenue to obtain Season Ticket holder's seats is CHOICE TICKETS. In addition we have the resources to make all travel plans, give you tips to make your event attendance special.

In this day of Financial Planners, Travel Agents, Stock Brokers and various consultants, it about time that this area of your life gain some special attention, insight and advice.

Q: What do your services cost?
A:
There are a number of costs incurred to get a ticket from VIP's. Many times we are at the mercy of the season-ticket holder and can pay well above the "face value" of a ticket. In most cases, we just add a service charge to what it costs us to obtain the tickets. CHOICE TICKETS earns that money by negotiating with VIP's in the very volatile world of supply and demand, dealing with corporations and the general public, radio stations, musicians, coaches, players, fan clubs and other services such as ours are also avenues where we spend the time and money to get you the best seats available. We will provide you seats that cost the season ticket holders thousands of dollars to have on a yearly basis.

Think of it this way... Choice Tickets allows you to rent a seat for a night for a small percentage of what it costs the season ticket holder to pay the venue upfront in advance for their seats!

Q: Why are the tickets above face value?
A: Tickets are being sold at "Market Price". This means that the ticket brokers are also buying them at well above face value. Basically if someone is selling their tickets to a major event, they generally want to sell them for what they are worth. The majority of the price of the ticket is usually the cost for obtaining them. Then there are general business expenses added to the cost of the tickets.

Q: How do we know that the tickets are genuine tickets?

A: By purchasing from a registered company that specializes in finding buyers and sellers for entertainment seating you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions to guarantee that they are genuine. We verify all of our sources for tickets and only buy from those that are reliable. This is our business, all we have is our reputation. So it is imperative that we keep you as a customer with only the best seats. Most tickets are from season-ticket holders with whom we have had a long relationship.

Q: Isn't it true that if it was not for all the ticket brokers that buy the tickets that there would be plenty of seats for the fans?

A: No. Ticket brokers generally have a very small percentage of seats to any event and it does not affect availability at all. Most shows that are sold out would not even come close to having enough seats for all the fans wanting to attend. Most seats we obtain you would not have been able to get. Many times we help sell show that are not sold out.

Q: Isn't it illegal to sell for more than face value?

A: No, the Michigan laws regarding this issue primarily deal with sales at a venue where events are held and the consumer protection of people who may buy tickets at these events. "Scalpers" are at the heart of most local ordinances, these people buy tickets at the Box Office and sell them at the venue. This practice is what is illegal in most cases. Mostly because there is no recourse if the tickets are not as described (1 seat in 1 section, 1 in another,... counterfeit, etc...) from the "Scalper" because he/she will be long gone, no protection for you. Choice Tickets stands behind every sales and will be here to answer any questions you may have. Plus we are providing most seats that you could not buy otherwise.
